Fleet Maintenance Administrator

What will you do?
  • Schedule daily maintenance work (emergency repairs/found work);
  • Receive calls from route supervisors;
  • Create work-orders daily;
  • Enter all required fleet maintenance information into RTA;
  • Daily reconcilation of all maintenance staff time;
  • Create, monitor & schedule all truck preventative maintenance inspections;
  • Control internal parts inventory (ordering parts, assigning parts when used); and
  • Other duties as assigned.
What will you bring?
  • 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferred;
  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field, preferred;
  • Superior organizational skills;
  • Superior computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
  • Advanced accounting skills;
  • Fleet maintenance administration experience – RTA knowledge an asset;
  • Data input skills;
  • Good inter-personal skills;
  • Self motivated;
  • Works independently; and
  • Mechanical knowledge an asset.
